Activity 1:

Can you join Joe Wicks for a workout? He will be doing a live PE lesson every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00.

Activity 2:

Whilst we aren't able to do the Daily Mile together at school, you could try and complete it in your garden or do 15 minutes of exercise in your home instead.

Activity 3: Think about setting yourself a goal for the new year with a grown up. Grown ups call this a New Years resolution. Talk about different ways you could achieve your goal (don't forget your learning powers!).
